Refund policy

We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

We do not accept returned items that are not in a saleable condition. Tags must still be attached to the item and in or with any packaging it came with. 

If a Customer has ordered incorrectly and receive an item they do not want they can return the item to Essential Trade Wear warehouse at their own cost to receive a full refund of the product cost. This type of return is at the discretion of Essential Trade Wear and permission must be given for the return prior to the item being received at their warehouse.

Some returned items could incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the items cost depending on our suppliers refund policy.
