HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Orders over $100: Free shipping
Orders under $100: $15 shipping.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, we do not currently ship outside of Australia.
CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at sales@essentialtradewear.com.au with your order number and information. If the item has already been dispatched we will not be able to change the item, rather it will require an exchange. We do not cover the freight for exchanges.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Melbourne, or direct from our suppliers and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
There can be the occasional Supplier or courier delays which may affect your delivery time frame from time to time.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
All orders are sent with tracking information.
An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. On Occasion your item may arrive before we receive the tracking number if the item is being sent direct from a supplier.
